Asparagus

Asparagus likes you.  It likes you so much that it will provide you with anti-inflammatory nutrients and antioxidants which will help you fight cancer, heart disease and, birth defects.

What else will it provide besides tasting very delicious?

Vitamins:  C, A, B complex, and K

Minerals:  zinc, manganese and selenium
