		<description>Cheri&#039;s Rule #1 - do not weigh yourself every day.  Weigh yourself once a week.  Weight fluctuates too much and seeing it yo-yo throught the week (or even throughout the day) can be disheartening.  Try and weigh yourself at the same time on the same day each week.  Keep up the good work girlfriend!</description>
