Fermented Goodness: Kombucha

Kombucha is effervescent fermented sweet tea that may contain alcohol. The ancient people of Asia claim many health benefits. These health benefits include liver detoxification and cancer prevention. It naturally contains probiotics, which help with digestion and heartburn. It has been said to relieve headaches and migraines, reduce grey hair, boost energy and is high in both polyphenols and antioxidants.  It does all of this because it works alongside your immune system and boost its potential to heal and prevent disease and illness. You can make your own kombucha or buy it bottled.

About Thain

I am a high school senior with a strong interest in psychology and philosophy; my interest in psychology stems from my analytical thinking, I analyze just about everything. It is similar for philosophy except that everything is more in theory than in fact. These all compound to create the reason why I joined HNWF; self help type stuff has a lot of psychological principles in it and surrounding it. I joined because I was surrounded by it and the idea of being part of it interested me.
