Papaya have a friend that keeps dried papaya in her purse for emergency stomach ache relief.  I thought that was strange until I did some research and found out what huge benefits papaya has for not only the stomach but your whole body.

Papaya is chock full of vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and deliciousness!  It aids in digestion, cardiovascular health and acts as an anti-inflammatory and supports your immune system.  You can eat it raw, cooked and dried and it will aid your body in all ways.
