Dark chocolate is the “food of the earth”. Yes, isn’t that great!

We need these antioxidants, especially if you are older, to protect our cells by controlling the free radicals that are naturally occurring by-products of life that can trigger changes in the structure of normally healthy cells. There are thoughts that these damaged cells maybe the underlying cause of chronic diseases. Antioxidants such as dark chocolate neutralize free radicals.
