		<description>I would say that fruit juice can be harmful. It is just a concentrate of the sugary parts of the fruit. Fruit actually has a very small amount of sugar per serving. So as long as it is consumed in moderation it is okay.
Dairy is a good source of protein and except for milk tends to be low in sugar. That is a good thing. I agree that food in its whole form is always better for you than it is refined or processed. I also think it should come from as close to home as possible.</description>

		<description>You are not suggesting, however, that eating fruit is harmful, right?  And what do you think of dairy products?
I believe that the simplest answer is to eat whole foods, as fresh as possible, and to struggle through the winter months but supplement with sprouts.</description>
