What Are You Putting in Your Mouth?

Do me a favor?  For one day, think about what you are putting in your mouth. Where did it come from?  How will it affect your body?  Will it give you heartburn?  Make you bloated?  Is it something that will benefit you in the long run or just satisfy a craving?

Lots of questions and more answers, but for just one day, think about what you are eating and how it affects your body. You are in control of what you eat, so for breakfast instead of a donut try a yogurt with organic fruit and roasted almonds. For lunch – steamed local veggies, lunchmeat and cheese, dinner – salmon or steak salad with feta and pita bread.

Just one day, think of what you are putting in your mouth and maybe it will inspire you to think about it every day.
