Are You Wasting Your Life?

After messing about on YouTube, I wondered how much time I waste on TV and internet related activities and come to the conclusion that my life pretty much revolves around them. I play hours of videos games a day, and I enjoy doing that.

Ironically, I started this thought process after watching a video by ZeFrank1 on YouTube. The video is called The time you have (in jellybeans) it sums up how much time in terms of days you spend on things like work and such, and it brought up an interesting point, that in all the free time you have, how much time is spent worrying instead of doing something that you love to do. How much time that is spent doing things you hate to do or just generally wasting time for no reason at all. The video also poses this question: What if you only had half the time you had? Or half of that? What would you change?

What would you do if this was your last day? Worry? Panic? Or enjoy what you have left? What would you do?

Here’s the video:

About Thain

I am a high school senior with a strong interest in psychology and philosophy; my interest in psychology stems from my analytical thinking, I analyze just about everything. It is similar for philosophy except that everything is more in theory than in fact. These all compound to create the reason why I joined HNWF; self help type stuff has a lot of psychological principles in it and surrounding it. I joined because I was surrounded by it and the idea of being part of it interested me.
