Have you ever felt those moments of pure simple bliss? The feeling that nothing else in the world matters. The sense of oneness with everything and everyone. A sense of solace and peace.

Those moments come from the little things, the simple things. Like listening to a particularly liked song, doing something that you love to do, art, reading, driving, being around or with another person. They are unexpected, coming at random, from just living life, existing.

They are uncontrollable and cannot be forced. We all have them, and it takes just tiny, seemingly insignificant things to bring them about. You just have to being doing something that has a live in the moment effect. Where nothing else matters, only you and what you are doing. Simply Exist.

About Thain

I am a high school senior with a strong interest in psychology and philosophy; my interest in psychology stems from my analytical thinking, I analyze just about everything. It is similar for philosophy except that everything is more in theory than in fact. These all compound to create the reason why I joined HNWF; self help type stuff has a lot of psychological principles in it and surrounding it. I joined because I was surrounded by it and the idea of being part of it interested me.
