Letting Go and a Terrific Recipe « Health Now, Wealth Forever

Jump into to it or let it go—I do not have much to add to Nathan and Felicia’s blogs.  They have said what I would say.  Jump in or let go–this has been my life for a while now.  Many, many things have happened right while we have been changing our lives to be in line with the universe.   I would be angry all the time if I jumped in all the time.  I really have been trying to say what I want and then let it go.  When I actually accomplish this, it is great – I feel good physically and mentally. When I cannot accomplish this, I have terrible heartburn, I don’t sleep well, and have all kinds of health issues and stress.  I know there are times to jump in, but when I cannot let go after I have done the jumping in – that is a problem and setback in following the positive life.  I will be taking those words that Nathan and Felicia have put forth.

I want to share a recipe that has helped curb my hunger and helped me feel better health wise and mentally.  This recipe was shared by a Jorge Cruise from TheBellyFatCure.com on the Dr. Oz program.  It is so easy and very healthy.

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (now easily found)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 packet stevia (I have been using coconut “sugar” instead: about 2 teaspoons)*

Mix all ingredients together in a mug and microwave for 50-60 seconds. Turn over and put on plate.   Allow to cool to a safe temperature and enjoy.

I like it with a little butter and almond butter.

*The coconut sugar has made it a little messier, but still works.
