Sing!

Did you know there are health benefits to singing?  It can reduce stress, boost the immune system, improve breathing and improve moods. (1)  These are awesome benefits to something that is already fun to do.

I am pretty sure that most of us sing in the car. What I like to do is sing really loud in my car!  I first started singing to ease my craving for cigarettes but now I do it pass the time on my commute, to relieve the stress from a crazy day.  It will make you feel better!

Pick out your favorite CD, playlist or song and crank it up.  Sing! Sing as loud as you can and you will be amazed at how much better you will feel when you get to where you are going!
