Our aim is to make this as easy for you as is humanly possible.  Many of the common complaints regard the process as too sudden, taking too long or happening far too frequently.  We understand your concerns and will attempt to provide clear and concise troubleshooting for your concern(s).

First of all, you will need to take a deep breath.  It won’t do to be tense and angry.  When you are tense and angry, you start to close yourself off.  So – relax.  Take some deep breaths.  Breathing deeply is magical.  It relaxes you.  It cleans your blood.  It makes you feel happier.  For some of you, just this step alone will fix your problem.  If this is so, congratulations!  But please continue on.

If you are experiencing sudden change brought on by outside elements, press 1.

If you are in the middle of a long, drawn out transition, press 2.

If you are experiencing rapid-fire change, press 3.

If you are having trouble finding your place in your new circumstance, take a deep breath and then press 4.
