We have been told coconut oil is not all that good for us. I was led to believe that it was really bad for me and I should avoid food that was prepared using it. All those commercials that the corn refiners are airing to boost their image are completely accurate; HFCS-55 is almost identical to sucrose (table sugar) in its content.
